I had a great experience at this shop and can’t recommend them enough. Kevin took the time to do a very thorough inspection and actually explained what he was seeing instead of rushing me through it. He was honest, professional, and genuinely helpful, which is rare these days. You can tell he cares about doing things the right way and not just pushing work you don’t need. Kevin has made me feel like family from the first time I visited the shop. I was worried about being taken advantage of. My brother had always been the family mechanic so trusting a shop seemed risky to me. After spending a bit driving my broken car for diagnostic purposes and visiting my confidence and trust grew. I had a 90,000 mile tune up, oil change etc.  I received a very thorough inspection report that included pictures. It listed a couple of unexpected items. They also said I did not need break work that was in the  estimate, I felt was due. Very thorough and honest evaluation at what I thought was a very fair price! I was trying to find an auto repair that I could trust.  I believe Archer’s is it.  Kevin has helped instill a feeling of trust for the shop.
