Get to Know the People Who Keep Archers Running

From the front desk to the garage, get to know the skilled technicians and friendly faces who make Archers Auto Repair a trusted name in Canyon County, Idaho. Our crew of techs, service advisors, and office staff are what drives us forward.

Kyle M. - Manager

Kyle joined the Archers team in 2024, but his connection with the owner runs much deeper dating back to 1989. He joined the auto repair industry when he needed a job, and found comfort working the parts counter, enjoying the predictability and familiar faces. Eventually he moved into service, challenging himself to enhance his social skills.

Kyle earned certifications from the EPA, ASE (Service Consultant), and multiple military credentials. He is also a proud U.S. Army and Army Reserves veteran, having served a total of 14 years including deployments in OIF and OEF. Outside of Archers, he enjoys learning woodworking techniques, and loves the Fourth of July. He is patriotic but steers clear of politics. For Kyle, the best part of working at Archers are the guest interactions and being part of a team that feels like family.

Kevin D. - Service Advisor

Kevin’s love for vehicles and high speed drew him into the auto repair industry, leading him to Archers Auto Repair in 2024. As an ASE Certified Service Advisor, he’s the guy we count on to keep things running smoothly at the front desk and in the shop. Anyone who meets Kevin knows he is an open book, and is always up for a good conversation. His favorite ride is his ’73 Swinger 340.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time shooting (especially pistols). He also loves spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. Kevin’s favorite part of working at Archers is his love for helping people and making new friends along the way.

Krisdy R. - Executive Assistant

With a background in marketing, customer service, and social media outreach, Krisdy brings a creative energy to Archers Auto Repair. A fun fact most people may not know is that she spent four years racing stand-up jetskis, three years writing jetski articles, and was even featured in a calendar. Outside of work, she stays active playing women’s flag football with the Boise Black Widows. She also enjoys reading, camping, soaking up the sun, and hanging with her cat, Ginger.

Her favorite part of working at Archers is the fun, positive, and supportive environment where she feels she is growing professionally and personally.

Tony S. - Service Advisor

Tony’s interest in the automotive industry started back in high school, drawn in by his fascination with vehicles and how they work. He recently completed a leadership course at BSU and brings that experience into his role every day. His favorite vehicle to drive is a 1970 Chevy pickup.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family. What he loves most about working at Archers is the teamwork: collaborating to accomplish goals and the satisfaction of repairing customers’ vehicles and getting them safely back on the road.

Bryan J. - Technician

As the longest-standing member of the Archers team, Bryan became the first employed technician in May 2021. His journey in the auto repair industry started at a young age when he would help his uncle fix cars. Before joining Archers, Bryan spent six years in the U.S. Army where he proudly worked on the Apache Helicopter.

When he’s not in the shop, Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and enjoying the Idaho life. He says one of the best parts of working at Archers is being part of a true work family.

Brian E. - Technician

Brian grew up in the automotive world where he spent time in his father’s dealerships and repair shops. After serving eight years in the U.S. Army, he made it his mission to become the best technician he could be. He holds an ASE Certification along with multiple credentials in electrical diagnostics, drivability, and is certified with Porsche, BMW, Ford, and currently specializes in Mopar products.

Brian is a gentle person who genuinely enjoys helping others. He even got the nickname, “Sasquatch.” His favorite vehicle to work on is a Dodge Ram pickup, but his favorite vehicle to drive is a solid pre-1970 cruiser car. Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors – fishing, hunting, drag racing, or building high-horsepower small block engines. Brian’s favorite part of working at Archers is getting to share his knowledge and experience with other techs, and having a voice and place in a shop that values teamwork and growth.

Nathaniel M. - Technician

Nathaniel grew up learning the ins and outs of auto repair from a young age. With a father still working as a mobile mechanic in Idaho, auto mechanics run in the family. He is certified in wheel alignment and currently pursuing ASE certifications to continue advancing his skills. Though he once dreamed of becoming a marine biologist – spending two years studying ocean life and dynamics in college – his passion for working on cars ultimately steered his career path.

Nathaniel enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and fixing complex automotive issues. Outside of work, he enjoys being out and about with his family. His favorite part of working at Archers? “The team – everyone here is awesome.”

Val R. - Technician

Val has been working on cars his whole life, ever since he was a kid learning alongside his dad who inspired him to follow in his footsteps. He’s an open book and believes the people who know him, know him completely. Hondas are his specialty; after years of experience working on them, he knows those vehicles inside and out.

Outside the shop, Val loves everything outdoors, especially camping and fishing. His favorite part of working at Archers is helping people and getting them back on the road safely.

Cody W. - Technician

Cody has a true passion for cars and helping people. Outside the shop, he’s an avid sim racer who enjoys endurance racing and rally stages on his simulator. He has a soft spot for European cars. When he’s not racing, you can find him exploring Idaho with his fiance and their dogs.

What Cody enjoys most about working at Archers is the people – both the customers and the team he gets to work with everyday.

Dylan C. - Apprentice

Dylan was drawn to the automotive world by his passion for making things move, go faster, and sound cooler. His natural curiosity quickly grew into a career in auto repair. He holds certifications in TIG, MIG, and arc welding – giving him a strong foundation in metalwork that comes in handy for custom repairs and fabrication.

When he’s not working on customer vehicles, Dylan can usually be found wrenching on his own projects, cruising in his 2018 Ram 3500, or hitting the gym.
