I had a great experience at this shop and can’t recommend them enough. Kevin took the time to do a very thorough inspection and actually explained what he was seeing instead of rushing me through it. He was honest, professional, and genuinely helpful, which is rare these days. You can tell he cares about doing things the right way and not just pushing work you don’t need. I’m really grateful for the way I was treated here, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future

They're great. They are very honest and upfront about pricing and issues. They even gave us a suggestion to try before having them work on things.

Staff is great. Each time I go in they let me know what is going on with my truck. And advise me of what is needed. Fair pricing. Great staff.

Kevin has made me feel like family from the first time I visited the shop. I was worried about being taken advantage of. My brother had always been the family mechanic so trusting a shop seemed risky to me. After spending a bit driving my broken car for diagnostic purposes and visiting my confidence and trust grew.
I have had several services done now with Archer's. They are my go to mechanics, oil change, brakes, ball joints, alignments. If they can't I'm sure they will help me figure it out!!

I had a 90,000 mile tune up, oil change etc. I received a very thorough inspection report that included pictures. It listed a couple of unexpected items. They also said I did not need break work that was in the estimate, I felt was due.
Very thorough and honest evaluation at what I thought was a very fair price!
I will certainly use Archer's in the future.

I was trying to find an auto repair that I could trust. I believe Archer’s is it. Kevin has helped instill a feeling of trust for the shop. Keeps me posted on repair and most important does not push for more than needs to be done. Everyone I have met are easy to talk to and ask questions of them.
